Jumbles Sailing Club is registered as a Royal Yacht Association Recognized Training Centre. The centre runs dinghy sailing courses to the RYA Level 1 and Level 2 syllabus on specific dates during the year. At various times other courses may be held e.g. RYA Power Boat, RYA Dinghy Instructor or RYA First Aid usually at cost or with a club subsidy for members. These courses are arranged by demand at the convenience of the instructors and trainees.
There is a small fleet of club dinghies, of various types, for dinghy sailing students to use during the training sessions. These dinghies are available for club members to use during Sunday sailing. Depending on the experience/qualifications of the applicant the courses can be tailored to fit in most circumstances.
Please note that courses are for members only so you have to join the club to do a course.
